Pakistan cricket team is currently holding the top position considering the ICC T20I ranking and they are continuously showing the better performance than any teams in T20I competition. An Earlier they played Asia Cup 2018 and later, they played a dual tournament against Australia at the venue of United Arab Emirates. Team Pakistan beat Australia in all competitions there. Now, they are playing another dual tournament at the same venues of UAE and the series is between New Zealand. Already Pakistan secured T20 series against New Zealand by winning first two T20I matches out of three.

Pakistan secured T20 series against New ZealandTeam New Zealand is scheduled to play a T20I series, an ODI series and a Test series against Pakistan and they started the tournament with T20I competition. In 31st October, 2018 the T20I series between them started and in the opening match, Pakistan won by 2 runs. In the 2nd T20I which started in 2nd November, 2018 Pakistan got the victory by 6 wickets so far.

Through the victory, team Pakistan claimed a record for their own which is most consecutive T20I series win.

The 2ndT20I was also the day/ night competition where New Zealand won the toss and decided to bat first. In the beginning, New Zealand came to bat and played quite well. They scored 153 runs in exchange for seven wickets.

They played full 20 overs where Corey Anderson scored unbeaten 44 runs so far. Shaheen Afridi which was a new bowler in Pakistan took three wickets for the Green Army.

In return, team Pakistan successfully chased the score. In 19.4 overs team, Pakistan made the target successful. Their player Babar Azam scored highest 40 runs there. Team Pakistan lost only four wickets and won by 6 wickets so far.

Munro and Phillips started the innings for the Black Caps. They jointly added 50 runs where Phillips was gone scoring 5 runs only. Munro played well and scored 44 runs where captain Williamson scored 37 runs so far.

Andeson remained not out with 44 runs and Seifert scored 11 runs there for the Black Caps. Team New Zealand did present a big score in front of Pakistan which was not easy to chase.

But the Pakistan team was good enough and this is why they are in top position on the T20I ranking. Fakhar Zaman and Babar Azam started the innings well. In 40 runs Fakhar Zaman was gone. Later, Asif Ali and Babar played quite well.

Babar scored 40 runs and Asif scored 38 runs so far. Mohammad Hafeez led the team to victory and remained not out with 34 runs so far. Losing four wickets team Pakistan reached the destination.
