Lionel Messi is the current Argentina national football team skipper and is regarded as one of the greatest players of all time. He won many individual awards in his professional club career but with the national side, he is still empty. He led his team Argentine total four finals but did not able to take any titles. They played three Copa America finals and last FIFA World Cup 2014 final as well. In every case due to luck, they returned with empty handed. But his individual rewards are so many. His team Spanish club Barcelona won double in the season which consists of La Liga and Copa del Rey. In the success of the team, Lionel Messi has the much contribution.

Lionel Messi has won the Golden Shoe total five times in his career as the top goal scorer in the European League competitions. So, he has made a new record and overtook the Real Madrid star, Cristiano Ronaldo.
